While Christian Heritage put up plenty of runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for Dade County. Christian Heritage blew past Dade County 12-0. Considering the Lions have won six games by more than nine runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Christian Heritage's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-8. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.3 runs on average over those games. As for Dade County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season.

Christian Heritage will have a chance to go back-to-back against Dade County: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
