Baseball Recap: Bainbridge Comes Up Short

Bainbridge fell victim to Peach County and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 9-0 to the Peach County Trojans. Considering the last time the Bearcats couldn't score was back in February, the team can't take the result too hard.

Bainbridge's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Peach County, the win was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-2.

Looking ahead, Bainbridge will take on Miller County at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Miller County is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.9 runs per game this season. As for Peach County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Bainbridge at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
