Oak Hill came tearing into Saturday's contest with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 16.2 points) and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Mississinewa Indians as they made off with a 47-23 victory. The Golden Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 23 points or more this season.

Oak Hill's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Landri Hardman led the charge by putting up five points in addition to six assists and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Alexa Myers, who posted eight points and 11 boards.

Despite the loss, Mississinewa still got an impressive performance from Brooklynn Nash, who had nine points.

Oak Hill pushed their record up to 10-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.7 points per game. As for Mississinewa, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Oak Hill will host Wabash at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Wabash is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 57.6 points per game this season. As for Mississinewa, they will be playing at home against Yorktown at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
