Bloomington hadn't done well against Champaign Central recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Purple Raiders had just enough and edged out the Maroons 1-0. Bloomington wouldn't have won without Hugo Murillos, who scored the game-winner.

Bloomington has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4-2 record this season. As for Champaign Central, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8-2 record this season.
