Soccer Recap: Roseland Collegiate Prep Takes a Loss

If Roseland Collegiate Prep was riding high fresh off their 11-1 takedown of Anderson Valley last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Grizzlies fell 3-1 to the Sonoma Academy Coyotes on Wednesday. Roseland Collegiate Prep have struggled against Sonoma Academy recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Roseland Collegiate Prep's goal came courtesy of Jonathan Chavez, who's now up to three this season.

Roseland Collegiate Prep now has a losing record of 6-7-2. As for Sonoma Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 15 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-2-1 record this season.
