Medford waltzed into their game on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Rhinelander Hodags. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Raiders have posted since April 20th.

Medford's victory bumped their record up to 12-7-1. As for Rhinelander, their loss ended an eight-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 15-2.

Coming up, Medford will head out to take on Rib Lake at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The Redmen's pitching crew has only allowed 3.6 runs per game this season, so the Raiders' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Rhinelander, they will take on Spencer at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
