Knightstown came tearing into Saturday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Tri Titans with a sharp 10-2 win. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won eight games by seven runs or more so far this season.

C Gorman was incredible, going 3-for-5 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was J Daves, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Knightstown's victory bumped their record up to 14-6. As for Tri, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.

Knightstown has already played their next matchup, a 1-0 win against Shenandoah on the 16th. As for Tri, they will be playing at home against Winchester Community at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Titans' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Falcons have averaged an impressive 8.3 runs per game this season.
