Soccer Recap: Rock Springs Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Rock Springs Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They came up short against the St. Mary's Academy Bobcats, falling 7-3. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Rock Springs Christian Academy was already down 4-1.

Rock Springs Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for St. Mary's Academy, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rock Springs Christian Academy will welcome Creekside Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Mary's Academy, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Heritage at 7:00 p.m. on April 15. St. Mary's Academy's defense better be ready for this one: Heritage has averaged an impressive 4.4 goals per game this season.
