Soccer Recap: Escondido Takes a Loss

Escondido managed to keep up with Ramona until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Escondido Cougars came up short against the Ramona Bulldogs, falling 3-0. That's two games in a row now that the Cougars have lost by exactly three goals.

This is the second loss in a row for Escondido and nudges their season record down to 2-7-2. As for Ramona, their win bumped their record up to 6-9-2.

Escondido will face off against Rancho Bernardo at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Rancho Bernardo will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Escondido surely won't give up without a fight. As for Ramona, they will head out on the road to square off against Valley Center at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
