Carver and Manchester are an even 3-3 against one another since August of 2015, but likely not for long. The Tigers will venture away from home to face off against the Blue Devils at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with 11 consecutive losses dating back to last season for Carver and nine for Manchester.

Carver is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They lost 23-17 to Kendrick last Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Manchester came up short against Creekside on Wednesday, falling 16-8. That's two games in a row now that the Blue Devils have lost by exactly eight runs.

Maddie McInvale made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-4 with four stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI.

Carver's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Manchester, their loss dropped their record down to 2-20.

Carver might still be hurting after the 17-9 defeat they got from Manchester in their previous meeting back in August of 2022. Can the Tigers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
