Hickory extended their winning streak to six on Friday, bumping them up to 6-1. They enjoyed a cozy 38-21 win over the Maiden Blue Devils. The victory almost wasn't to be: the Red Tornadoes were down 21-7 in the second quarter.
Jaheem Jenkins produced another solid performance rushing for 174 yards and four TDs. Those four rushing touchdowns gave him a new career-high.
