Basketball Recap: Durham Comes Up Short

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Durham couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They took a 45-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Head-Royce Jayhawks on Thursday.

Durham's defeat dropped their record down to 20-9. As for Head-Royce, they pushed their record up to 21-4 with the win, which was their 15th straight at home.

Durham does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Head-Royce, they will challenge Woodland Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Woodland Christian's defense has only allowed 27.5 points per game this season, so Head-Royce's offense will have their work cut out for them.
