Volleyball Recap: Alief Taylor Triumphs

Alief Taylor lost to Freeman on Friday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Lions came out on top against the Golden Eagles by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lions.

While Alief Taylor might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Freeman scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-18.

Alief Taylor's victory bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Freeman, their loss dropped their record down to 1-7.

Alief Taylor wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Morton Ranch on the 16th. As for Freeman, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Mayde Creek on the 16th.
