Basketball Recap: Shenango Takes a Loss

Shenango was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They fell 47-34 to the Freedom Area Bulldogs. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 43-26 on January 2nd.

Shenango's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Freedom Area, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-11.

Shenango does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Freedom Area has already played their next game (against Winchester Thurston), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
