Football Recap: Tom Seiler Leads Central Bucks East's Defense on Friday

If Cheltenham wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Central Bucks East, they should've done a better job of containing Michael Price. The Patriots narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Panthers 17-14 thanks in part to Price, who rushed for 111 yards and a pair of touchdowns. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack and making one tackle.

Central Bucks East didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Tom Seiler, Sam Piszel, and Chase Ingram picked up one apiece. Magnus Figueroa was another major factor on D, making six total tackles (4.0 for loss).

Central Bucks East has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 28 points this season. As for Cheltenham, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
