Baseball Recap: Harris County Makes It Nine in a Row at Home

Harris County waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They put the hurt on the Griffin Bears with a sharp 12-1 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 10-0 on Tuesday.

Cayden Dimitri made a big impact no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Those eight strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing Three bases. while going 1-for-2.

In other batting news, Harris County got a big performance out of Colt Angel, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. Another player making a difference was Luke McEldoon, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Harris County hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now struck out at most five strikeouts in ten consecutive contests.
