Soccer Game Preview: Immanuel vs. Roosevelt

The Immanuel Eagles will head out on the road to challenge the Roosevelt Rough Riders at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Immanuel is headed into Friday's contest hungry for a win as their strong season has now been derailed by two straight defeats. They came up short against Lindsay last Saturday, falling 3-0. That's two games in a row now that Immanuel have lost by exactly three goals.

Meanwhile, Monday just wasn't the day for Roosevelt's offense. They lost 11-0 to Mendota last Monday.

Roosevelt's loss dropped their record down to 4-9-1. As for Immanuel, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-4-2.
