Basketball Recap: Miley Flores Key Part of a Team Effort in Indians Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Palm Desert, Palm Springs was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Rancho Mirage Rattlers by a score of 45-36. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 51-26 two weeks ago.

Palm Springs got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Miley Flores out in front who posted 16 points. Another player making a difference was Shayla Bates, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds.

Palm Springs' win bumped their record up to 17-11. As for Rancho Mirage, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-13.

As of now, neither Palm Springs nor Rancho Mirage have any future games scheduled.
