Clovis faced Clovis North in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Cougars came up short against the Broncos, falling 5-0. Clovis have struggled against Clovis North recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Having lost for the first time this season, Clovis fell to 14-1-2. As for Clovis North, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-0-2.
