Football Recap: Carney-Nadeau Gets the Win + How To Watch

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Engadine, Carney-Nadeau was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They never let the Mid Peninsula Wolverines get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. The Wolves' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Carney-Nadeau's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Mid Peninsula, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Carney-Nadeau will challenge Stephenson at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Wolves will be up against the Eagles' rather soft defense (which has allowed 50.5 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Mid Peninsula, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Engadine at 7:00 p.m. on October 24.
