Softball Game Preview: Ralston Valley Mustangs vs. Arvada West Wildcats

Ralston Valley is 1-9 against Arvada West since September of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Mustangs will be playing at home against the Wildcats at 4:00 p.m. Ralston Valley has given up an average of 7.9 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Saturday, Ralston Valley came up short against Lakewood and fell 13-9.

Meanwhile, Arvada West faced Columbine in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Wildcats fell 8-4 to the Rebels.

Arvada West's loss dropped their record down to 11-5. As for Ralston Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-11.
