Softball Recap: St. Francis Has No Trouble Against Walker

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against King's Ridge Christian, St. Francis was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 15-1 margin over the Walker Wolverines. That 14 run margin sets a new team best for the Knights this season.

St. Francis is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Walker, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Francis will challenge Holy Innocents Episcopal at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Walker, they will be playing at home against Marietta at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
