Volleyball Recap: Litchfield Comes Up Short

Litchfield lost against Maple Lake back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Dragons fell just short of the Irish by a score of 3-2. The Dragons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Litchfield took Maple Lake into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking two-point loss. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-13, 22-25, 23-25, 21-19.

Litchfield's record is now 7-10. As for Maple Lake, their win bumped their record up to 6-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Litchfield will welcome Central at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Maple Lake, they will be playing at home against Holdingford at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
