            Basketball Recap: Clovis North Broncos vs. Central Grizzlies        
        
		
        
        
            Clovis North was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight  loss. They received a  blow  as they fell  64-46 to the Central Grizzlies. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Broncos this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  56-37  back in January.
 Central's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Zyraeis Murphy, who  posted eight  points along with 15  boards and five  blocks. That's the most  rebounds  Murphy has posted since back in November of 2024.  Savana Chase was another key player,  dropping  a double-double on 12 points and ten  boards.
Clovis North's record is now 8-18. As for Central, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won 13 of their last 16 games,  which provided a nice bump to their 20-5 record  this season.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Clovis North will square off against Buchanan at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Clovis North is facing Buchanan at the right time seeing as Buchanan is stuck on  a  three-game losing streak. Central has  already played their next  contest (against Clovis East), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
