Basketball Recap: San Marin Skates Past Terra Linda with Ease

San Marin won the last time they faced Terra Linda and things went their way on Friday too. The San Marin Mustangs blew past the Terra Linda Trojans 53-24. Given the Mustangs' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 132nd, while the Trojans are ranked 845th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

San Marin has also been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season. As for Terra Linda, they dropped their record down to 5-18 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. San Marin will venture away from home to face off against San Rafael at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Terra Linda, they will head out on the road to challenge Branson at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
