Basketball Recap: Manchester Valley Comes Up Short

Manchester Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Tuscarora Titans, falling 59-37. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Mavericks of the 71-62 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2024.

Despite the loss, Manchester Valley still got an impressive performance from Colton Enderle, who went 5 for 10 on his way to 12 points and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Mason Sigai, who posted four points.

Manchester Valley's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Tuscarora, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Manchester Valley will take on Francis Scott Key at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tuscarora, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 58-47 win against Governor Thomas Johnson on the 10th.
