After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Vacaville, Winters was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They never let the Live Oak Lions onto the board and left with a 4-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won six matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Live Oak with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Raegan Hurst (2), Idaly Lopez Sanchez, and Riley Nelson.

Winters' win bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Live Oak, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.

Winters will look to defend their home pitch on Saturday against Esparto at 12:00 p.m. As for Live Oak, they will challenge Hamilton at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. Hamilton is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 5.8 goals per game this season.
