Softball Recap: Vanoss Has No Trouble Against Allen

After only two runs in their last match, Vanoss made sure to put some runs up on the board against Allen on Thursday. The Wolves blew past the Mustangs 11-1. The Wolves not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since August 15th (when they won 11-1).

Vanoss has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Allen, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 9-7.

Vanoss has already played their next game, a 7-6 loss against Hartshorne on the 9th. As for Allen, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 10-3 defeat against Ada on the 5th.
