Coffee waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They were the clear victors by a 10-2 margin over Lee County. Surprisingly, this marked Coffee's fifth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Coffee let Ella Winters and Kanlee Douglas run wild. Winters got on base in all four of her plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one double, while Douglas went 3-for-4 with four RBI and one run. Those four RBI gave Douglas a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Karlee Thomas, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.

Coffee was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .417. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .333 or higher in five consecutive contests.

Coffee's win bumped their record up to 16-5. As for Lee County, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 14-8-1.

Coffee will have a chance to go back-to-back against Lee County: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
