Annett rushed for 52 yards and a touchdown on only six carries, and also threw for 162 yards and a touchdown while completing 83.3% of his passes, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
Annett and Corona del Mar will square off against Newport Harbor at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Annett will face off against Jake Meer, the Sailors' star quarterback. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.
