Bleckley County lost a heartbreaker the last time they played West Laurens, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Thursday's game. The Bleckley County Royals' pitchers stepped up to hand the West Laurens Raiders a 14-0 shutout on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Royals, who have now won nine matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

The victory was the third in a row for Bleckley County, bringing their record for this year to 10-7. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games.
