Softball Recap: East Sac County Takes a Loss

East Sac County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 6-0 to the Pocahontas Indians. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-0 back in June.

East Sac County now has a losing record of 11-12. As for Pocahontas, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-6 record this season.

East Sac County didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 12-3 loss against Ridge View on the 3rd. Pocahontas does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
