Dylan Raiola, No. 9 Chandler face big test on ESPNU against Basha.

The playoffs are right around the corner in Texas and there are some huge district matchups featured this week including the MaxPreps Game of the Week between No. 15 Duncanville and DeSoto. The Panthers are 7-0 and have won every game by at least 13 points. The Eagles only loss came against No. 2 St. Frances Academy (Baltimore) and have since won six straight, outscoring the opposition 334-100.

DeSoto has won 10 of the last 15 meetings but Duncanville owns the last four in the series and has knocked the Eagles out of the 6A Division 1 bracket in each of the last two years.

The other two Lone Star games featured in this week's slate are No. 10 North Shore (Houston) at Atascocita (Humble) and Southlake Carroll (Southlake) hosting Byron Nelson (Trophy Club).

No. 9 Chandler (Ariz.) hosts Basha (Chandler, Ariz.) is one of the biggest games of the week and gets the national spotlight Friday on ESPNU. The Wolves are 7-0 and are winning by an average margin of 35 points per game. The Bears are riding a ton of momentum after erasing a 23-9 fourth quarter deficit against Hamilton (Chandler). Tim Tynan nailed a 40-yard field goal as time expired to pull out a 26-23 victory.

Two postseason matchups are included in this week's action as Brownsburg faces Ben Davis (Indianapolis) in the opening round of the Indiana 6A bracket and Timpview (Provo) takes on East (Salt Lake City) in the second round of the Utah 5A playoffs.
