Soccer Game Preview: Tustin vs. Costa Mesa

The Tustin Tillers are taking a road trip to take on the Costa Mesa Mustangs at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Tustin is coming into the contest on a five-game losing streak.

Tustin is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They took a 5-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of Calvary Chapel on Friday.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Costa Mesa's offense. They fell 2-0 to Estancia on Thursday. The loss was Costa Mesa's first of the season.

Tustin's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Costa Mesa, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1-2.

Tustin couldn't quite get it done against Costa Mesa in their previous meeting back in December of 2024 as they fell 2-0. Can the Tillers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
