Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Arroyo). They put the hurt on the St. Joseph Notre Dame Pilots with a sharp 67-47 win on Monday. The Dons have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Pilots, too.

Arroyo had a senior duo take command as Annalyn Boac posted 20 points and Sophia Lopez earned 16 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Boac has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Mikaylah Jackson, who put up nine points.

Arroyo is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-9 record this season. As for St. Joseph Notre Dame, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.

Arroyo didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 46-44 defeat against Berkeley on the 24th. As for St. Joseph Notre Dame, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 58-44 victory against Bentley on the 28th.
