Football Recap: Melrose Takes a Loss

Melrose lost against Albany back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Dutchmen were beaten by the Huskies 43-16. The loss put an end to the Dutchmen's undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Melrose fell to 2-1. As for Albany, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Melrose will square off against Minnewaska Area at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Albany, they will host Pierz at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
