While Classen SAS's victory against Marshall wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Comets narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Bears 6-4. The Comets haven't had any issues with the Bears recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Classen SAS' win bumped their record up to 16-11-1. As for Marshall, their defeat was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-8.

Looking ahead, Classen SAS will welcome Putnam City at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Marshall, they will head out to square off against Putnam City North at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
