Basketball Recap: Brentwood School Piles Up the Points Against Westview

Brentwood School had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They really took it to the Westview Wolverines for the full four quarters, racking up a 68-34 victory. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 17 contests by 21 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Brentwood School to victory, but perhaps none more so than Lev Feiman, who shot 60% from the field on her way to 20 points and three steals. The game was Feiman's fourth in a row with at least 19 points. Another player making a difference was Reena White, who went 6-for-15 en route to 16 points and five steals.

Brentwood School smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in 21 consecutive matchups.

Brentwood School has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-8 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.0 points over those games. Westview's defeat dropped their record down to 21-10.

Coming up, Brentwood School will challenge Sage Hill at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Brentwood School is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 65 points per game this season. Westview does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
