Soccer Recap: Oskaloosa Takes a Loss

Oskaloosa lost against Norwalk back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Indians came up short against the Warriors, falling 10-0. While losing is never fun, Oskaloosa can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Iowa soccer rankings (they are ranked 112th, while Norwalk are ranked 13th).

Oskaloosa dropped their record down to 1-6 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Norwalk, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1-1.

Coming up, Oskaloosa will challenge Albia at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Oskaloosa are facing Albia at the right time seeing as Albia are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Norwalk, they will welcome Pella at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
