Dulaney extended their losing streak to four on Friday, dropping them down to 3-5. They took a 14-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dundalk Owls. While the Lions didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Owls 6-0 in the first quarter.

Josh Squires threw for 88 yards on 11 of 19 attempts. Jacob Shuss was his top target, picking up 26 receiving yards. On the ground, Kaijiri Kaiser rushed for 26 yards.

As for Dundalk, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 10.3 points on average over those games.

This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to Kam Briscoe and Donte Gause. Briscoe rushed for 51 yards and two scores while Gause rushed for 64 yards. That's the most rushing yards Gause has posted since back in September of 2024.

Coming up, Dulaney will head out to take on Kenwood at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Dundalk, they will be playing at home against Hereford at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Owls will need to watch out since the Bulls have now posted at least 31 points in their last four games.
