Football Recap: Bridgeland Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins on the Road + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Bridgeland can now relate to. They fell 37-27 to the Klein Collins Tigers on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Bears can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 222nd, while the Tigers are ranked 52nd).

Despite the loss, Bridgeland still got an impressive performance from Kash Schwab, who rushed for 192 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.7 yards per carry. Schwab's rushing production has been exceptional for a while as that marked his ninth straight game with at least 102 rushing yards dating back to last season. Jackson Ewing also helped out with an impressive 120 receiving yards.

Braydon Schoggin produced another solid performance throwing for 200 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 76.9% of his passes, and also rushing for 65 yards and one score for Klein Collins.

Bridgeland's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-4. As for Klein Collins, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-1.

As of now, neither Bridgeland nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
