Soccer Recap: Rancho San Juan Takes a Loss

Rancho San Juan's game on Tuesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell 3-1 to the Soledad Aztecs. The Trailblazers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Aztecs apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2023.

Rancho San Juan's goal came courtesy of Kaylee Hernandez, who's now up to 13 this season.

Rancho San Juan's loss dropped their record down to 7-3-2. As for Soledad, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-1-1 record this season.

Rancho San Juan wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 7-0 defeat against Salinas on the 23rd. As for Soledad, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-0 victory against Monterey on the 23rd.
