Volleyball Recap: Tenly Huffnagle's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Mount Union over Southern Huntingdon County

Mount Union lost against Southern Huntingdon County back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Trojans fell 3-1 to the Rockets. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 16-25, 25-14, 25-16.

Several Trojans players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Tenly Huffnagle, who had nine kills, eight digs, and three aces. The team also got some help courtesy of Lily Hicks, who had five digs and two aces.

Mount Union's defeat dropped their record down to 7-11-1. As for Southern Huntingdon County, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-3.

Mount Union has already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Williamsburg on the 9th. As for Southern Huntingdon County, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Tussey Mountain on the 9th.
