Canton had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Paris Coyotes 6-4. This was payback for the Tigers, who suffered a 5-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

The victory got Canton back to even at 13-13. As for Paris, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-2.

Looking ahead, Canton will square off against Scotland County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Paris, they will welcome Sturgeon at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
