Northside put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let the Howard Huskies get on the board and left with a 15-0 win. While the Eagles didn't have the best season last year (they finished 4-26), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Madi Burch was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Burch was also big at the plate, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in September of 2024.

In other batting news, Kadence Cooley was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. That home run marked the first that she has launched this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Alyssa Hoffmeister, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.

Northside was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .474. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .357 or higher in three consecutive contests.

Northside's victory bumped their record up to 5-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northside will host Warner Robins at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Howard, they will take on Rutland at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
