Softball Recap: Southern Boone Starts Season with Victory on the Road

Southern Boone had to kick off their season on the road on Saturday, but they showed no ill effects. They blew past the Van-Far Indians 13-1. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Indians recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Van-Far's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Southern Boone will challenge Fatima at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Van-Far, they will face off against North Callaway at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
