Palm Springs entered their tilt with Norco on Tuesday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. Everything went their way against the Norco Cougars as they made off with a 40-16 win. The Indians have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 21 points or more this season.

Palm Springs' victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Eiresslee Wells, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 14 rebounds. Wells has been hot, having posted 11 or more boards the last eight times she's played. Another player making a difference was Aja Walker, who posted 11 points and four steals.

Palm Springs' win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-1. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 23.8 points per game. As for Norco, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-7.
