Basketball Game Preview: Kennedy Titans vs. St. Patrick-St. Vincent Bruins

The Kennedy Titans will head out on the road to challenge the St. Patrick-St. Vincent Bruins at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Kennedy has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Kennedy is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 54-37 victory over Willits.

Kennedy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Payton Siquig led the charge by putting up 22 points in addition to eight boards and four steals. Izabella Velazquez was another key player, scoring five points along with seven assists and seven steals.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for St. Patrick-St. Vincent, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They had just enough and edged out International 2-0. The two-point effort marked the Bruins' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

The win got Kennedy back to even at 13-13. As for St. Patrick-St. Vincent, their record is now 13-14.
