Soccer Recap: Intermountain Christian's Win on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Five

Intermountain Christian barely beat Wasatch Academy the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Lions were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the Tigers on Monday. It was an even better day for Eli Squire as he scored five goals for his team.

The victory was the fifth in a row for Intermountain Christian, bringing their record up to 7-5. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 34 goals over those five matches. As for Wasatch Academy, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-7.

Coming up, Intermountain Christian will face off against Merit Preparatory Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Wasatch Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
