Palm Springs's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They secured a 38-33 W over the Indian Springs COYOTES. This was payback for the Indians, who suffered a 37-25 loss the last time these two teams met.

Palm Springs was led to victory by Shayla Bates and Miley Flores. Bates dropped a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds, while Flores posted 17 points. What's more, Bates posted three blocks, the most she's had since back in December of 2024. Bethenny Rivera was another key player, putting up three points along with ten boards and five assists.

Palm Springs' victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Indian Springs, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.
